In this lesson, we will explore the different applications that  you could be using to help streamline and succeed in running a small business.

Over the course of the framework we look at accounting software, project management tools, customer relationship management (CRM) solutions, and other tools that can help make business operations more efficient. We’ll also discuss the potential benefits of using these applications, such as improving customer service, reducing costs, and gaining insights into business performance. With the right applications, small businesses can achieve their goals and grow.

This can be used in a really basic top line way, or there are so many great you tube tutorials on how to use thousands of free templates to elevate your organisation. I would suggest you right these after the first year and upskill and aim to learn a few more things then as we’ve got more important work to do for now!
