My background
- With 15+ years experience in corporate marketing and a focus on product development and innovation, I’m well placed to help you design your dream services and curate the inclusions to maximise your clients’ experiences.
- I have 6+ years running my own global e-design business, servicing over 800 clients in Australia, the US and beyond. My processes, documents, templates and learnings have been tried, tested and optimised.
- Through years mentoring, I’ve helped many designers and creatives like yourself refine their services, marketing and processes and get clear on their unique path forward to success to drive lasting change.

- My mentoring style is real and relatable. As a mum to three busy young boys, I know all too well what it’s like to manage ‘the juggle’. I’m still very much in the season of sticky hands and toddler tantrums. So, regardless of whether you’re a parent yourself, studying out of hours or running your business as a side hustle – rest assured, I’ve walked in your shoes before and I’m here to support you as you navigate your way through it.
- I’m realistic about the hard work it takes to launch a business, while also being committed to showing you a path forward that doesn’t focus on wearing busy as a badge. Instead, we focus on smart processes, progress over perfection and targeted marketing to get results.

Why I started The Framework
As a fellow designer and solo business owner, I know how challenging, lonely and at times boring it can be to run your own business. I created The Framework to share what I’ve learnt over the years to the community of Frameworkers – helping you start, scale and refine your design business (and have fun along the way too!).
The Framework is the accumulation of all the things I wish I knew earlier in my own business journey. It’s the result of years of testing and learning through the ups and downs of starting and growing a design business. And while there are some pre-recorded components, this isn’t your average online course. I’m heavily involved in the group on the daily, so you’ll have direct access to me as you need it.

When’s the start date?
This course is prerecorded and you can start whenever you like! You get lifetime access including all future upgrades and inclusions.
How long do I have access to The Framework for?
It’s self paced but assuming you’re creating all of the processes and customising the templates etc, allowing a fortnight per module, you’ll be done in 12 weeks. You can also watch all the way through to the end and go back and do the actionable stuff.
Do you offer a money back guarantee?
I want you to be happy with the investment you make in this course. I’m also realistic that this only works if you’re hungry and you do the work. If you go through the full course, watch all the lessons, do all the activities and customise templates, and provide evidence of this and you still aren’t happy with what you’ve achieved then simply email me and I will happily refund your full payment within 60 days of purchase.

For sure. You might skip through a few of the general set up stuff in the first module, but then you can spend more time delving into the deep work in the sales and marketing strategy area, pricing and services or budgets and planning. This course was created based on what I learned in the first
I don’t have a business or online community yet, will this be right for me?
Yes. You can be at day one of your business, or before day one, or just pretty new to it and not yet taken a leap from side hustle to sustainable income. Prevention is better than treatment isn’t that what they say? Getting in at ground level means you’ll set up all your processes correctly from the start and be completely across your business in time for your first paying client.
